The Bozen product contains the flair of Italian Design combined with German engineering that can be traced back to 1986. Each model within the Bozen collection has been designed and created specifically for each category within the UK market, these include Vented Hobs, Built-in, Downdraft, Ceiling Mounted and Island Modular Systems.

If you are experiencing problems with your Bozen appliance, and it is no longer covered by the manufacturer’s warranty, we can provide a number of services to help. We are approved Bozen appliance engineers and are fully trained on the entire product range. With fast access to authentic spare parts, covered by a 3 month guarantee, we ensure a high quality, trustworthy and reliable service for our clients.

Authentic Parts
All parts used in our service and repairs are authentic. Parts are not included in the price above.
Parts Guarantee
Our Bozen parts used for repair come with a 3 month guarantee. There is no warranty given on glass once fitted.
Additional charges
Additional charges may be applied for parking, tolls and additional parts if this applies.
Revisiting within 3 months
If we are revisiting within 3 months, we don’t charge the call out fee, just the 1/4 hourly rate.
Bozen Service call charge Visit - Dealer/Installer/Enduser Error
A set charge of £350.00 plus V.A.T will apply (upto 2 hours labour only). Please read the confirmation email carefully before acknowledging a service visit. Additional charges listed above may also apply.
